A registered user can verify their profile. Once logged in, you will find a short form to fill out in the top right corner of the menu under the email section under Verification and Income.

You need:

• A double-sided copy of two photo IDs (a cell phone photo can also be used).
• Selfie with ID document in hand.
• Account identification through payment.
• Check if you are a politically exposed person (PEP). A description of who a PEP is can be found HERE.

Once you have filled out all the information, you will be contacted by exchange support for verification of your phone number.
