For cryptocurrency purchases in CZK or EUR, we guarantee the exchange rate for one hour from the time the order is created. For cryptocurrency sales, the duration of the guarantee depends on the specific cryptocurrency:

BTC: 45 minutes

BCH: 45 minutes

LTC: 30 minutes

ZEC: 20 minutes

ETH: 20 minutes

XRP: 15 minutes

DOGE: 15 minutes

You will be informed about the duration of the guaranteed rate immediately after placing the order and in the confirmation email.

If the payment is credited after the guaranteed period has expired and the rate has changed, the system will automatically pause the order. You will then be able to decide on the order: confirm the new rate, set a limit rate, or cancel the order.

If you have activated the Automatically proceed on late payments option in Settings -> General settings, the order will be processed automatically at the rate valid at the time the payment is credited.
