  • Sending cryptocurrency to a wrong address instead of my wallet

    Unfortunately, this is one of the few things we can’t help you with. What you send once to the blockchain network is final and irreversible. When entering an address, always check that at least the last 5 characters of the address you enter match the characters in your wallet.

  • Sending the same payment twice

    If a duplicate payment is sent by a mistake, the system will automatically create a new order for the same amount in the Suspended status. Information about its creation will be sent to your email and you can decide whether you want to execute the order with the current rate or have the payment refunded.
